All orders are beautifully packaged in our signature Stellify box and ready for gifting.

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Please note the following exceptions:

Custom Orders — Once an agreement between Stellify and the customer on the design process has been reached, full payment cannot be returned. Only the 1/3 deposit paid is non-refundable at this stage. Once the process of making the jewellery has started or materials have been procured, a strict no refund policy applies.

Earrings — For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom orders and earrings are excluded from our standard returns policy.

UK Standard — £4.50 | Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

UK Express — £6.50 | Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days

Europe Standard — £7.50 | Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days

International (outside Europe) — £8.50 | Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days

Please note: All delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Custom orders can take up to 6–8 weeks depending on the nature of the design and order.
